LWV Holds FASNY Forum

White Plains LWV To Host “FASNY?” - Forum Explores French American School Proposal

On Thursday, November 10th at 7pm, The White Plains League of Women Voters will host “FASNY?” a forum on the proposal by the French American School of New York for three new schools for nursery-age children through grade twelve.

The program will be presented in the former Ridgeway Country Clubhouse at 400 Ridgeway.

Although there have been forums on this issue in the past, either presented by FASNY or the Neighborhood Associations, this is the first time both sides will be represented together.

The speakers are Robert Stackpole of the Gedney Association and Misha Zabotin, Chairman of the Board of the French-American School.

There will also be an official from the City of White Plains will be present to briefly go over the process of the FASNY application.
