White Plains Mayor Tom Roach will be the guest speaker at the North Broadway Citizens Association's annual meeting on Wednesday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. at George Washington Elementary School, 100 Orchard St.
The meeting will start with a brief board meeting, which will be followed by a general meeting open to the public, where the mayor will offer an update on city issues.
The meeting includes refreshments and door prices.
