The White Plains League of Women Voters will host a School Board Candidates Forum on Tuesday, May 8th at 7:30pm in Room B-1 at the White Plains High School.
The electorate in White Plains will vote on the school budget and members of the School Board on Tuesday, May 15th. Polls are open from 12noon to 9pm.
The three candidates for the Board, who are running unopposed, are incumbents Peter Bassano and James Hricay, and candidate Rose Lovitch.

Voters will have the opportunity to hear from the candidates, question them and learn about the issues facing the School District and the candidates’ positions on these issues.

Although this is not a budget hearing School Superintendent Christopher Clouet will make a brief presentation at the meeting as well.
