Mayor Thomas M. Roach and the Recreation and Parks Department in cooperation with the Veterans Board are proud to announce plans for the City’s annual community parade commemorating Memorial Day.
The Parade will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012 starting at 10:00 am. The Parade will begin at the on Martine Avenue and proceed to the on North Broadway.
It will be followed by a memorial service and honors at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at the cemetery.
The Grand Marshall is Lt. Col Richard J. Bordonaro USMC. Other marching groups include: several Veteran Posts, Boy and Girl Scout units, churches, schools and community organizations.

All are invited to view and attend the services at the Rural Cemetery.
