Mayor Thomas M. Roach announced details for the Veterans Day Ceremony to be held Friday, Nov. 11 at the Solider's and Sailor's Monument at the , 167 N. Broadway at 10:30 a.m.
The event, organized by the Mayor’s Veteran’s Committee, will feature recollections and insights by keynote speaker Jonathan Gould, an Iraq and Afghanistan veteran, in addition to various other speakers.
WWII Veteran, Leo C. Kaplan of the White Plains Post #191, Jewish War Veterans of the USA, will be the honoree for this year.
