A jury found former White Plains Mayor Adam Bradley not guilty this morning of harassing and trying to assault his estranged wife, Fumiko Bradley, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
The verdict reaffirms a decision made by the Appellate Division Court in Brooklyn to overturn Adam Bradley's initial conviction in December 2010 on domestic violence charges. The charges stemmed from allegations by Fumiko Bradley that her husband of slammed her fingers in a doorway and poured hot tea on her a few months earlier.
The Westchester County District Attorney Office announced they their plans to retrial the case in November.

Bradley, who served as mayor from 2010 to February 2011, refused to resign as mayor immediately after his conviction, but eventually stepped down two months later. He has maintained his innocence, calling the alleged incidents accidents.
"Three years too late, but better late than never," Bradley told the Associated Press this morning. "I knew I was not guilty. I told everybody that from Day One."
