'Holiday Lights On The Farm' Set For Muscoot Farm

SOMERS, NY — The holiday lights will be turned on again this year at Muscoot Farm.

The Holiday Lights on the Farm is set for Fridays and Saturdays in December in Somers.

Lights will be on at 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16.

People will follow along with a holiday story as they visit farm animals in their decorated barns, participating in a variety of activities along the way.

Refreshments will be available for purchase from the Wanna Empanda food truck, organizers said.

“Muscoot Farm is one of Westchester’s best family friendly destinations and its Holiday Lights on the Farm event is just one of the many amazing programs the farm hosts,” said Westchester County Executive George Latimer.

Tickets are $6 per person, free for children under 2. Registration is required.

Alfred B. DelBello Muscoot Farm is a 777-acre, early 1900s interpretive farm and a Westchester County park.

It is open daily and offers a variety of interpretive programs to the public on weekends throughout the year.
