Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Out Of The Gate At Red Horse

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Fall 2023 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is here and a record number of Westchester restaurants are participating.

In Westchester, more than 70 establishments are setting the table for the twice-a-year event.

The kickoff celebration was held in White Plains at Red Horse by David Burke. VIP guests at the party at the 200-seat restaurant were treated to prime beef dry-aged according to Burke’s Himalayan salt process (Patent US 7,998,517 B2) and crowd-favorite signatures, including popovers, clothesline bacon, lobster dumplings, salmon pastrami, angry lobster and pork chops with Sandy Hook clams casino.

"Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is always a fan favorite," County Executive George Latimer said, declaring the fall culinary fun ready to commence. "What a great reason to get out and try a new Westchester restaurant or gather with loved ones at an old favorite. I encourage both residents and visitors to make their reservations and enjoy all Westchester has to offer this season."

For two delicious weeks, from October 30 through November 12, the Hudson Valley will be celebrating restaurant dining with delicious, creative dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. Prix-fixe lunches and dinners will be offered at $24.95, $29.95, $39.95 or $44.95. (Pricing does not include tax, beverages, or gratuity.) Prix-fixe menus may be offered for both dine-in and takeout.

There are a few newcomers to Restaurant Week this fall, including Argonne Rose Brewing Company, Bistro de Ville, Goosefeather, Our Place, Red Horse by David Burke, The Tav'ery and Wicked Wolf North.
