The LOFT, A White Plains-based not-for-profit, community-based organization serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered community of the lower Hudson Valley, is hosting party celebrating the U.S. Supreme Court's decision earlier this morning to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act and California's gay marriage ban Prop 8. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and is open to the community. The Loft is located at 252 Bryant Ave. in White Plains.
