The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 26-year-old New Jersey man was arrested this week after police say he refused to leave the scene of an early-morning fight near the intersection of E. Post Road and Mamaroneck Ave.
Police responded to reports of people fighting in the street at about 3:40 a.m. on June 24. After police broke up the fight, they say the 26-year-old man tried to continue the fight by taunting people as they walked away.
When police asked the man to stop, they say he shouted expletives at responding officers and refused to leave the area.
