Man Arrested During Dispute Over Restaurant Bill
The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Up-in-arms over a $136 restaurant bill, police say an intoxicated White Plains man created a disturbance at a city restaurant and had to be forcefully removed from the establishment.
The incident happened Thursday at about 2:30 p.m. Police say a 46-year-old man was drunk when they arrived and yelling at security over an unpaid bill at at 125 Westchester Ave.

The restaurant manager told police he was bothering customers and said he would ignore the unpaid bill if the 46-year-old left. The man, however, refused, according to his arrest report, and began cursing at police officers and restaurant staff.
Police arrested the Wayne Avenue resident and charged him with disorderly conduct. He was later released and is due in court on Feb. 2.
