Mount Kisco Man Arrested in White Plains After 2 Month Investigation
White Plains Police seized crack, marijuana and drug paraphernalia from an apartment on Davis Ave.

A Mount Kisco man was arrested Saturday in White Plains as a result of a two-month long drug investigation.
Harry Stroud, 38, of 1 Barker St., was being surveyed by police when he was arrested around 9 p.m. after exiting an apartment police say he has allegedly been selling drugs out of.
Police said Stroud allegedly had crack and marijuana in his possession when he was arrested. Police later searched the apartment at 61 Davis Ave. and found 8.1 grams of crack, 11.6 grams of marijuana, $1,433—in addition to drug packaging materials and other paraphernalia.

Stroud has been charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree; third degree possession of a controlled substance; fourth degree possession; second degree use of drug paraphernalia, and marijuana possession.
