Names in the News: Leadership Westchester Graduates Class of 2012

These 20 women and men from the business, non-profit and public sectors make essential connections in their communities.

On June 28, 20 men and women will graduate as the 17th class of Leadership Westchester and join the alumni group of the Volunteer Center of the United Way.

"Graduates and alumni represent great leaders from three sectors: business, nonprofit and public," said Amie Gettes of the Volunteer Center. "They feed our pipeline to nonprofits seeking board members and skilled-based volunteers and help answer critical community challenges."

At the event, the Volunteer Center of the United Way will also confer the honor of Alumnus of the Year on Doug Rogers, outgoing Chair of The Volunteer Center (class of 2009).
