[VIDEO] City Promotes, Hires New Police Officers and Volunteers

The White Plains Department of Public Safety held a ceremony for the new department members on Friday at headquarters.

The City celebrated new and promoted members of the White Plains Department of Public Safety during a ceremony Friday. 

The police bureau welcome two new police recruits to the force: 

  • Police Officer Matthew Johnson
  • Police Officer Marc D’Annibale

The police bureau also made the following promotions:

  • Sgt. Todd Moskalik was made a lieutenant
  • Det. Antonio Nolletti was made a sergeant
  • Police Officer Andrew Harrington was made a detective

The public safety department also appointed Reginald Zamora as a White Plains Police Auxilary Officer, while Rev. Erwin Lee Trollinger of Calvary Baptist Church in White Plains was appointed as the honorary police chaplain.
