The LOFT, a White Plains-based non-profit that provides services to LGBT residents of the Hudson Valley, held a gathering Wednesday commemorating the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings that the Defense of Marriage Act and California's marriage ban Proposition 8 are unconstitutional.
