Founded in 2010 the Ahmad Rashad Golf Classic, a two-day event to benefit White Plains Hospital, opened on June 23 with a reception at 42 The Restaurant located in The
Ritz Carlton, Westchester. A number of sports, entertainment and media celebrities came out for the event. The next day, over 120 golfers took part in the Golf Classic at the exclusive Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale.
