Police Await Toxicology Report on Man Found Dead at Brady Place

White Plains police are awaiting the results of a toxicology report for a man who was found dead at 8 Brady Place last week.

A man’s decomposed body was found in the basement of an abandoned house located at 8 Brady Place in White Plains on June 5 by an abatement crew from NJ.

The Westchester County Medical Examiner’s Office was unable to determine a cause of death after an autopsy was performed last week.

Lt. Eric Fischer of the White Plains police department said there were no signs of trauma or foul play and police don’t believe the cause of death was homicide. Fischer also said police are still trying to determine the man’s identity.

Police expect to receive the  toxicology report in six to eight weeks, according to Fischer.
