Police Looking For Woman Who Stole $2,500 in Watches
Police say the woman fled the Nordstrom in a Nissan Pathfinder after taking the watches Saturday afternoon.
White Plains police are looking for a jewelry thief who they believe made off with about 10 stolen watches during a visit to Saturday afternoon.
Store security called police at about 3:15 p.m. after they say a woman removed the watches from display cases and quickly left the store through the Paulding Street exit. She was then picked up by an unknown driver and drove off in a Nissan Pathfinder.
The store estimates the 10 watches are worth $2,500. If caught the woman could face felony grand larceny charges.
