Police: Man Caught Masturbating in His Car

A passer-by needed a double-take to believe what he saw on East Post Road in White Plains last week.

While walking along the busy road, the pedestrian told police he saw a man masturbating—in clear view—inside of a parked Nissan Maxima. After walking by, the pedestrian turned around and walked back to make sure he was seeing correctly.

According to police, he was.

Police arrived at the scene at about 4 p.m. on Feb. 1. According to arrest reports, the 28-year-old in the vehicle was still performing the disturbing act until just before police arrived.

The man, who is from New Haven, was arrested at the scene for public lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was transported to police headquarters where he was held on $200 bail.
