Man Accused of Charging at Restaurant Owner Faces Misdemeanor Charge
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Yonkers man's tirade inside in White Plains early Thursday morning led to a misdemeanor charge after police say the man destroyed property and tried to attack the store's owner.
Police were responding to a reported dispute in the restaurant at 51 Mamaroneck Ave. at about 1:17 a.m. Police say a 33-year-old man was upset and smashed his hands on the glass counter, fracturing it. As police approached they say the man ran at the store owner, flailing his arms and hitting the owner before police pulled the man away.
The man was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was held for court at police headquarters.
