Police: Man Exposes Himself to Woman in Parking Lot
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
After a stranger approached her from behind in a parking lot near East Post Road in White Plains Friday night, a woman asked if she could help him, according to arrest reports.
His response, police say, was to pull out his genitals, exposing them to the woman.
The incident happened at about 7 p.m. near 86 East Post Road. A staff member at Open Arms shelter called police after watching the incident unfold. The woman also called police and later identified a 50-year-old male who lives in the shelter as the man who flashed her, police say.

Police arrested the man, charging him with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was held on $250 bail.
