Police: Man Caught With Crack on South Lexington
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A Valhalla man caught carrying a glass pipe filled with a substance police believe to be crack near a City housing complex faces misdemeanor drug charges, police say.
The man, 58, was walking nervously near the Winbrook Housing Complex at 11 Fischer Ave. at about 9 p.m. on April 6. As police approached the man dropped the glass pipe, which was later found by police, arrest reports say.
The man was booked at police headquarters and held for court.
