Police: Man Whips Girlfriend With Electric Cord
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 21-year-old Greenburgh man faces a pair of misdemeanor charges after police say he whipped his girlfriend in the arm with an electrical cord.
The man's 23-year-old girlfriend called police at about 6:30 a.m. on July 9, reporting the incident took place the previous evening in her Fisher Ave. apartment. Police say the woman had redness and swelling on her right arm when they arrived.
The man was arrested and charged with assault and menacing, misdemeanors.
