Police: Men Caught Smoking Pot in City Park
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
Two White Plains teenagers face misdemeanor charges after police say they were caught smoking marijuana in public view in a city park.
The two teens, whom are 18 and 19 years old, were passing a hand-rolled cigar filled with marijuana in Friday night at about 7:20 p.m., police say.

An officer caught them in the act during routine patrol, according to arrest reports. Since the men were smoking in plain view in a public place, they face misdemeanor charges, police say.
Both suspects were charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree. They were released without bail and are due in court March 27.
