Police: Woman Caught Stealing Hair Removal Machine
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A 21-year-old Brooklyn woman was arrested Thursday after she was caught trying to steal a hair removal machine worth $270, police say.
The woman walked into at about 6:12 p.m. Thursday and placed a No No Hair Removal machine into a handbag, according to an arrest report. The woman was stopped by security as she tried to leave without paying.
Police charged the woman with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. She was held at headquarters on an active warrant out of New York City.
