The Post Road School in White Plains dedicated its new playground Monday evening.
The playground, which was built last month, cost about $75,000.
The White Plains school district allocated the $50,000 to four of its five elementary schools for the construction of playgrounds through a public bond referendum that was approved by the public in October.
The rest of the money was raised by a group of parent volunteers.
