ShopRite To Hold Job Fair In Hudson Valley Stores

In lieu of going to one of the ShopRite stores, a job application can be completed online.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — ShopRite is looking to fill a variety of positions at its grocery stores throughout the Hudson Valley.

To that end, the chain will host a job fair Tuesday, July 19.

All the walk-up job fairs will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at most ShopRite locations in the Hudson Valley, or an application can be completed online, according to a news release.

Candidates are being sought for career opportunities in retail, management, customer service and business.

People who visit any participating ShopRite July 19 can speak with a hiring representative for an immediate interview. Full-time, part-time and management positions are available, depending on store location.

Available positions, including general, perishable, front-end and stocking clerks, feature flexible hours and a wide variety of cross-training to provide employees with the knowledge, skills and tools to work as a team throughout the store. Training programs include a game-based training app and are designed to provide a solid foundation so each individual can achieve their best and pursue career goals at ShopRite.

ShopRite also offers associates entertainment and tuition discounts, as well as scholarship opportunities, and associates can work for stores that are part of the retailer-owned supermarket cooperative Wakefern Food Corp.
