Up to 3 Inches of Sleet/Snow Wednesday Night

Winter won't let up. One to three inches of snow and sleet are expected Wednesday night.

Sporadic snowflakes have been spotted throughout the city as the National Weather Service forecast calls for a mix of rain and snow Wednesday afternoon in White Plains. Evening commutes shouldn't be affected in the city.

The rain/snow mix will continue through the evening, with sleet joining in after 9 p.m. The National Weather Service predicts a snow/sleet accumulation of one to three inches.  The wintry mix will continue until noon on Thursday, making for a possible slippery morning commute.
