White Plains Law Firm Leason Ellis Hires Emily Stein as Associate

Emily F. Stein recently joined the trademark and copyright practice group of Leason Ellis LLP. Stein, a former associate at Baker Botts in Manhattan, counsels a diverse range of clients on U.S. and foreign trademark and copyright matters. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright prosecution, global trademark portfolio management and enforcement. Stein, a New York City resident, also has experience representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in internet domain name disputes. She is a graduate of Barnard College, cum laude, and the University of Texas School of Law.
