Police: Family Feud Leads to Croton Man's Arrest

A physical dispute between a pair of cousins ended with an arrest early Friday morning in a White Plains parking garage.
After returning to her vehicle from a City bar at about 3:30 a.m., a 24-year-old woman told police she found her cousin damaging her vehicle. The woman confronted her cousin, 19, in a parking garage at 9 Chester Ave.
According to an arrest report, the 19-year-old male, who is from Croton-on-Hudson, cursed at the woman and then grabbed the woman by her hair, pulling her to the ground. The man then punched the woman with a closed fist several times before police arrived, the report said.

Police charged the man with menacing and assault, both misdemeanors. He was held at police headquarters.
