
A 34-year-old White Plains man who was stopped at a gas station on Route 52 in Kent, Putnam County this weekend is facing a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving, according to police.
State troopers were alerted after the driver was allegedly seen stumbling into his car at about 9 p.m. Saturday.
The man was given a breath test which which allegedly showed he had a blood alcohol level of .11. A person can be charged with DWI if they have a blood alcohol level of .08 or high and they're over the age 21.
He was issued tickets and released to reappear in Kent court on June 26.
