White Plains Police: Man Exposed Himself to Woman at Police Department

A 52-year-old Yonkers man was charged with public lewdness after he allegedly exposed himself to a Mount Vernon woman who was being booked on a shoplifting charge at the White Plains police department Saturday night.

The incident allegedly happened at about 9 p.m. when Dwayne McKee, 52, of Yonkers, began talking to the woman in the police booking area. During the conversation, McKee allegedly called the woman a prostitute and told her he was a prostitute as well.

The man then displayed his genitals to the woman and began twisting his hips, causing the woman to be disturbed.

McKee was initially be held on a felony charge of first-degree tampering with evidence  and misdemeanor charge for possessing crack cocaine for a drug arrest that took place earlier in the day.
