Additionally, Benson concluded a relocation to a Class A building for Trinity Packaging Corporation within Armonk for an eight year transaction with options in the 21,250-square-foot 357 Main St. building for 6,591 RSF. Benson exclusively represented both the owners and tenants in each transaction.
Walter Realty representative Robert Worthley, owner of the 10.2-acre Greentown Rd. building, stated, “Scott secured a prior national tenant for five years, and before the tenant vacated, he effectuated the transaction with White Plains linen and personally assisted us in the approval process and parking zoning variance that was required. The transaction was seamless! He is a consummate professional and gentleman.”

Debbie Cardile of Cardile Enterprises, owner of 355 and 357 Main St., Armonk, commented, “In the two years I have worked with Scott as our exclusive agent, he has secured five new tenants for over 24,000 RSF. He has provided us with financially ratable companies and financial analysis of each transaction, been involved in both the construction and architectural components from the inception of each transaction as well as protecting our interests in all lease negotiations and preparation. Scott was also instrumental in the sale of our regional manufacturing facility in Torrington, Conn. We are fortunate to have worked with Scott.”
