Nuhma NYC is now ready to help New Yorkers ring in the holiday season at home. A specialty Hanukkah menu includes Potato and Apple Latkes, Matzo Ball with chicken consomme, carrots, leeks, dill, and shredded chicken, Roasted Sasso Whole Chicken, Braised Five Spiced Short Ribs with parsnip puree and chips, Cedar Grilled Salmon with pomegranate labneh and Pastrami Spiced Picanha Steak with housemade steak sauce. Desserts include Coconut Cake, Honey Bundt Cake and Housemade Black & White Cookies.
Her Christmas menu features appetizers like Baked Brie Puff Pastries, Devils on Horseback, Mushroom Arancini, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktails and Maryland Lump Crab Cakes with old bay aioli. For your holiday dinner's first course, enjoy Lobster Bisque Soup and Local Apple Salad with kale with cranberry, cheese, candied pecan, pomegranate and apple-balsamic dressing. Main Courses include Nuhma’s Surf & Turf with Maine Lobster Tail Thermidor, Braised Five Spice Short Ribs, and a Maine Lobster Pot Pie.
