A tenant found the baby, whose parents have not been found or identified, on Saturday and is in good condition, police said.

A baby boy was found abandoned in a Sunset Park apartment building foyer on Saturday afternoon, police said.
Police came to the 62nd Street building, near Fourth Avenue, after they received a 911 call at around 2 p.m. from the building’s landlord, an NYPD spokesman said.
The NYPD said that the baby, who is about 2 to 3 months old, was found in a car seat in the building’s foyer with a black diaper bag, with diapers, blankets and formula inside, sitting next to it.
