The Sunday afternoon wreck left a 23-year-old man dead.

KENSINGTON, BROOKLYN — A 23-year-old man was ejected from his motorcycle during a crash and died Sunday in Kensington, police said.

Slavik Avagyan, who lived on Ocean Avenue in Ditmas Park, was riding his 2017 Yamaha south on McDonald Avenue "at a high rate of speed" around 3:10 p.m., the NYPD said.

When he got to Ditmas Avenue, a 2007 Honda Civic traveling north tried to make a left turn in front of him, police said. Avagyan hit the car and was ejected and hit his head; he was taken to Maimonides Hospital and pronounced dead, police said.
