NYC Subway Delays: The F Into Manhattan Is A Mess. Again.
Breaking: "Signal problems" have snarled the commute this morning. Will the nightmare ever end?

BROOKLYN, NY — Stop me if you've heard this one before, but the F train into Manhattan is a mess. Again.
Because of what the MTA is calling "signal problems" at York Street, some Manhattan-bound F trains are running on the A line from Jay Street to West Fourth Street.
F commuters saw crowded platforms and packed trains headed into the city along all of their favorite Brooklyn stations for an impressive third day in a row:
