Photo: Smashed Cars on Church Avenue

Reader Steve Elson snapped this photo on Sunday after a man apparently hit a parked car on Church Avenue near East 8th Street just after 8 p.m.

Elson—who called 911 before grabbing this shot—said the driver appeared to be uninjured, as he was walking around and talking with the firemen and paramedics called to the scene.
