• Record setting wind turbine project coming to 3 WNY counties (audacy.com) — A massive $1.3 billion wind turbine project is coming to three Western New York counties, including Wyoming County, promising new tax revenue and construction jobs. InvEnergy plans 83 turbines across more than 10,000 acres, with power feeding the grid and the first units possibly online by late 2026. Local officials say the investment could spur additional green energy projects in the region.
