• Cement Mixer Overturns, Trapping Driver On Route 118 In Yorktown (dailyvoice.com) — Emergency crews in Yorktown Heights freed a cement truck driver after a serious two-vehicle crash on Route 118 near the 2100 block of Saw Mill River Road just before 6 p.m. Tuesday. Firefighters stabilized the overturned, fully loaded mixer, extricated the trapped driver for EMS care, and stayed on scene to assist cleanup while Yorktown police investigate the cause.
