• Drunk Man Found Slumped Over Wheel Inside Car Parked In Lane Of Traffic In Westchester: Cops (dailyvoice.com) — Yorktown police say they found a driver slumped over the wheel of a car blocking Route 118 traffic and later charged him with aggravated DWI. The Ossining man was processed at Yorktown Police Headquarters and is due in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Dec. 11.
