HISTORICAL MINIATURE GAMING SOCIETY presents
Romans vs. Greeks - The Battle of Asculum
Saturday, January 10 at 11 AM – 1 PM

Do you love history- especially Greek and Roman? Do you play Dungeons & Dragons? Then this program is for you! The Historical Miniature Gaming Society makes history fun by turning it into a game using a huge platform and miniature figures.

The Battle of Asculum was fought in 279 BC between the Roman Army and the Greek army of King Pyrrhus of Epirus. The second of three major battles during the Pyrrhic war, King Pyrrhus won another very costly “Pyrrhic Victory”, declaring “One more such victory, and I am lost”

Presented by John Speiss from HMGS.
