The net affordable sale price is estimated to be $307,685, after a NYSAHC subsidy. After a 5 percent down payment, the mortgage amount is estimated to be $292,301.
Estimated monthly real estate taxes will be $591, while estimated monthly common charges will be $240.
The occupancy for this townhouse is three to seven people. It is required that the home be the purchaser's principal place of residence.
The townhouse is available to those with a household income below 80 percent of the average monthly income in the region. In order to qualify, the household sizes and maximum incomes are as follows:
