$1M NC Lottery Prize From Wednesday Drawing Remains Unclaimed
The winning ticket matched all five numbers and was purchased at a 7-Eleven in Elizabeth City while another ticket matched four numbers.

NORTH CAROLINA — A $2 Powerball ticket that was sold in Elizabeth City and that turned a lucky North Carolina resident an instant millionaire has yet to be turned in, state lottery officials said on Thursday.
The winner of the $1 million prize in Wednesday’s Powerball drawing purchased their ticket at a 7-Eleven store on Patrick Way, officials said. The ticket matched all five white balls in the drawing with the numbers 1, 4, 18, 46 and 62.
The chances of matching all five numbers are one in 11.6 million, the North Carolina Educational Lottery announced. One ticket that was purchased at a Food Lion in Raleigh matched four of the five numbers, which earned the winner a $50,000 prize.
