- Ricky Dale Sundgren, 50, was arrested Jan. 1 on South Ferry Street, charged with resisting a public officer
- Elton Maurice David, 40, was arrested Jan. 2 on Statesville Road, charged with assault on a female
- Olwin Ledly Brown, 29, was arrested Jan. 3 on Chagrin Drive, charged with false report to a police station
