Alton's won't stay dormant for long after it shutters January 29th. According to CHG, it will undergo a $300,000 renovation and become "Peninsula Prime Seafood and Steakhouse."

“I absolutely wish them the best of luck and look forward to seeing what they do with the restaurant space and new concept and menu,” stated Al Updike, current owner. “I know they have fantastic vision and direction, and I look forward to dining there as a resident of the area.”
