"This is about being sure the military has the resources and the tools they need to get the job done," said Hagan in a Patch interview last week. "It’s also about jobs, jobs, jobs in N.C. and I want to connect small business owners and individuals who need jobs with defense companies and have them locate those jobs in our great state. It’s a win-win for those companies, and for those people in N.C.".
