• See the lower median price for November home listings in Cumberland County (fayobserver.com) — If you’re house-hunting around Fayetteville, November brought slightly better prices, with the metro’s median listing slipping to about $298,900 and Cumberland County’s to $274,995. Homes here are still moving faster than the national average, and price-per-square-foot locally remains well below statewide and national levels, offering some relative value for buyers.
