High School Bands to Perform

The top high school band students from across the county will perform during the CCS’
2012 All-County Band Concert on Tuesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. The performance
will be held in Reeves Auditorium on the campus of Methodist University. To prepare for
the concert, the students will participate in a two-day clinic (Dec. 3 & 4). This year’s
clinicians are Dr. Larry E. Wells, an associate professor and the director of Instrumental
Studies at Methodist University, and David Starnes, an assistant professor of Music and
director of Athletic Bands at Western Carolina University.
