High School Fancy Footwork Performances

Hundreds of high school students throughout the district will be participating in one of two “Fall Evenings of Dance.” The evening performances feature select dance pieces from the CCS’ high school dance programs. According to event organizers, the dance students have created much of the choreography with guidance from their teachers. The performances are scheduled as follows:

• Thursday, November 29 at 7:00 p.m. at Douglas Byrd High School

Performing Schools: Seventy-First, Jack Britt, Westover, Terry Sanford, Massey Hill Classical, and Douglas Byrd high schools

Since 1998, the standing-room-only event has attracted dance lovers throughout the community.
